Moroccan Jam
A tantalising mix of North African spices and chilli in a capsicum based jam. Our # 1 best seller.

- Fry onions, lentils and few dollops of Hakuna Matata and a tin of tomatoes and you’ve made a delicious Dahl, dahling!
- A fantastic gourmet pasta sauce. Fry diced chicken fillets, mushrooms and zucchini in a large pan; add cooked pasta, half a jar of Hakuna Matata and warm through. Stir through approx 100ml fresh cream and serve.

Zulu-Lu
An exotic spicy tomato Kasundi (African Chutney)
- Great as a dip on its own or combined with natural yoghurt.
- Dollop over cooked steak, chicken or fish.
- Add to sandwiches.
- Combine ½ to a full jar of Zulu-Lu with 300ml coconut milk in a medium size pan or wok. Add fresh diced chicken breast and/or fresh prawns and simmer until cooked through. Throw in a good handful of bean sprouts and bok Choy and you have a quick, easy and delicious laksa style soup.
- Mix ½ to a full jar of Zulu-Lu with 200ml coconut cream in a medium size pan or wok. Add fresh chicken or fish fillets and a handful of chopped coriander. Simmer until cooked through. Serve with rice and fresh coriander.
